Service execution begins only after payment confirmation.
We accept:
- Online payments via Paymob
- Mobile wallets (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, Orange Cash)
- InstaPay
- Direct bank wire transfers
Partial or full payment requirements will be clearly stated in the service quote.
4. Project Ownership & Intellectual Property
All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Matjarak Builders until full payment is received.
Upon payment:
- Clients receive the agreed-upon rights to use the final deliverables.
- Redistribution, resale, or modification of materials without written consent is prohibited.
5. Project Timelines & Client Responsibilities
Estimated delivery times depend on project scope and client cooperation.
Delays in feedback, content delivery, or approval from the client may extend the timeline without affecting agreed costs.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
- A project may be cancelled or modified only before execution begins.
- If the work has started, payments are non-refundable except in exceptional cases reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
Matjarak Builders shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss from service use.
- Business performance outcomes related to marketing campaigns or design materials.
We aim for best results, but final outcomes may vary based on external factors.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and effective upon posting.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be resolved through Egyptian legal channels in Cairo.
